We rested our London Dry Gin in French Oak Casks which previously contained the amazing Pedro Ximenez. These 225 litre casks were finished on site on The Isle of Skye under Seumas' watchful eye. 

Nose: Juniper forward nose with fresh lemon and lime

Taste: Hints of Spice and waxy vanilla with layers of complex orchard fruits and earthy spice with a lingering sweet buttery apple finish
